We use an integrative approach to connect with our clients. Starting with a foundation of empathic listening, our work together can involve many methods and modalities including problem-solving or solution focused, emotionally focused, cognitive behavioral, narrative therapies and other important tools such as mindfulness and meditation.
Sessions are available in person, by phone or online. We provide flexible appointment hours to fit your schedule.
After an initial, no-cost meeting, the length and frequency of sessions will be tailored to your needs.
We believe in keeping fees reasonable and accessible and offer a sliding scale. Please contact us for details. Registered Psychotherapists are covered by some health insurance companies.

" I am so passionate about farming and mental health and I am very excited to bring these two together. My goal is to create a safe, caring, non-judgmental space to connect with clients who then don't have to take the time explaining what farming is! We can get to the important work much more efficiently."
